The Community Builders and the Boston Housing Authority have filed an LOI for the redevelopment of Faneuil Gardens in Brighton. The proposed full-site masterplan includes the phased demolition of the existing ten buildings (258 apartments) and the construction of five new buildings comprising 470 new apartments
