A Brookline-based developer has acquired 2400 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge for $12,500,000. The roughly 28,000-square-foot site is located just blocks from Davis Square. Plans call for a new 6-story mixed-use building to include 60 condo units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
