In the United States, guns take the lives of approximately 120 people every day and, on average, another 327 people are shot.

Through the month of June, in honor of Gun Violence Awareness month, the water in the fountain in front of City Hall will be tinted orange as a call to action to curb the epidemic of gun violence.
